1 Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By using the oods96 website and platform, you are legally bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between oods96 and the user.

To withdraw from oods96, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 500,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, oods96 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match in Sports Betting is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with oods96's specific policy.
• If the internet connection drops during live betting, the data recorded on the server will be considered final.
• If there is evidence of match manipulation or score fixing, all related bets will be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oods96 platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to bypass any security measures on the platform.
• Colluding with other users when placing bets.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process by submitting false information.
